At the checkout, a member of staff cut the queue with a customer without asking for permission or apologising. When it was my turn, I told the cashier that this behaviour was inappropriate and shouldn’t be allowed. She didn’t apologise and seemed cold. Just because I am a foreigner and they think I don’t under Chinese.
