Tried several tech shop in the mall...these guys are not pushy, know their stuff and have the best prices. Have been back a couple of times on my trips to KL. Highly recommend them.

The shop's layout for selling internal ram and ssd is stupid and confusing. The staffs at the counter have zero social skills, both counter sides don't care about your enquiry and rude. Useless shop. Buy online better or elsewhere.

Seems like im not the only one having bad experiance with this shop, cashier at the front near cameras ,the guy with long hair has bad customer service centric. No urge to assist or speak better ,more of a feeling like you got to pay and im just standing there .no thank you ,no greetings. oh my.
