Ms Amutha to CSR who assisted my mother and I was absolutely LOVELY! Efficient, friendly, helpful, patient and knowledegable. I also observed her serving other customers who were elderly or OKU and she was amazing with each and every person. Many thanks to her and the other amazing staff here.

Super-slow counter staff in this branch. There are not many people in the bank but yet the service is extremely slow. Staff rather chat and joke with each other. There were no other customer numbers at the special care link counter, but had to wait 45 minutes before my number was called.
