Incorrect information given by staff that affected the rates of my FD for 3 months. Nevermind that, they called to inform me of a 1 day exclusive FD but failed to informed that it will forfeit the current interest, good thing I was vigilant to ask. At the end I withdrew all my savings and went to Maybank where they value customer more.

Very very slow service and lazy counter officers. Waited 30mins for 5 pax in front just for a normal withdrawal. The worst public bank that I ever been.
