I was deeply disappointed by the appalling service (at self service kiosk) at this establishment. The staff member was extremely rude, and made me feel like an unwelcome burden. Their hostile attitude completely ruined the experience; it is rare to encounter such blatant disrespect in a service environment.

Siti suriani has been very helpful and attentive, making sure of the range of products in the cosmetic . She has kind to recommend the right shades of makeup and eyebrow colours, I think she deserves to be a supervisor.
