I read many bad reviews of this particular watch store but personally had an excellent experience. The one staff member was great and juggled myself and another customer seamlessly. I enquired about a MoonSwatch and they had some in stock. No problems all round… very happy!

Swatch Malaysia is such a joke. They couldn’t manage the crowd for moonshine, and cancelled the sale where so many ppl were already waiting. You’re better off queuing and buying in Singapore than Malaysia where the reseller market is engrained in the system.

Retail staffs need to be trained in customer service or at least some basic people skills. You can't even tell if they're working there until they're behind the counter. Everytime you visit the store, same kind of attitude. The other store opposite Pavillion the same too.
