The sales assistant was rude. When I asked the price, she made a face and said there was a price. People asked why the tag on the bag wasn't there. The shop was empty, so if it was crowded, it would be logical to show off and look tired. ā¦

I selected a wallet with a price tag that has 40% discount and I asked the staff to double confirm the price, I went to the cashier to pay, the cashier asked me to pay the original price without any discount

Follow me, there are no stars to give..no wonder the previous review of the truck is really very very bad especially the manager is a Chinese man & the assistant is a Malay woman..look at people like they can't afford to buy maybe they wear ā¦

staff rude af. tried on new shoes then i noticed there was dirt like a spot, the staff can blame me for the dirt haha āāi won't try for a few seconds it can leave a mark that is hard to remove on the shoes. with everyone's faces looking tired.

The customer service was good. The staff named Jai was courteous and helpful. He helped me to give opinion when i tried on the shoes. Found my white wedding shoes š overall their shoe collections are nice too. ā¦

I was trying on a pair of heels which I really like! One of the staff which Iām not mistaken called Wai Choon, grab those heels and sold it to another person. Personally, I felt he was offensive, racist and rude!
