The dining experience was nice and comfortable. The service was good as well. Food quality is great, the salmon tasted fresh and the autumn season sushi roll is delicious. Had the highball shochu soda, a good and tasty drink that pair well with my dinner.Would definitely come again.

I've seen many Rakuzen outlets before but this is the first time trying it out. The atmosphere, food and service are all good. Worth the price paid. A slight dissatisfaction is that the photo doesn't look like the dish. The portion looks more in the photo unlike the real one.

Had a great experience dealing with Max for our reservation. He is very responsive and easy to communicate with. He also sends a reminder before the booking to reconfirm, which is very thoughtful. Max is attentive and tries his best to accommodate customers’ needs. Really appreciate his excellent service!
