15/1/2025. I had an unpleasant experience with a rude cashier who appeared unprofessional and tomboyish in her demeanor. Her behavior was off-putting, and I felt uncomfortable. I would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed. If I had the option, I would rate the service lower than one star.

The worst m&s ...don't come here...the staff is rude...especially the counter girls...malay and Indian...not gonna go there again..the branch manager have to do training ... seems like even the manager doesn't even replied to the customer …

Went to Marks and Spencer Nu Sentral on 20/4/25, the staff were friendly and suggest the new item which is the malted milk chocolate and it taste so good.
