Felt cheated. Was quoted RM190 for mani pedi spa plus buffing. Then suddenly at the end of the treatment was charged RM260 cuz of an extra RM70 for “manicure buffing”! Supposed to have been included! I did not have it in me to argue today but I am extremely disappointed. Rip off. Also, the leg scrub made my legs very itchy afterwards

Absolutely love the waxing service at this place. Diane is really good with over 15 years of experience. Fast and quite painless. The quality of wax is very good and no breakouts or itching. Did a full body wax in 1 hour. Have been coming here for many years.

The best pedicure I have ever had! Very happy. But owners, please. Could you fix the AC? It’s so very hot. Even for the staff.

Just went in for a natural manicure! They were very hygienic, fast, and affordable. I will definitely be returning!

Very good technicians, many colours to choose for the nail polish. Diane did my pedicure and she was very patient and careful with some difficult corners. Will be coming back

Nick my skin a bit at one of my finger during the manicure. Quality is so so and not too neat. Did not cap my nail with the polish as well.

Been going to Madeline since 2017. Extremely wonderful service for waxing or manicure, pedicure by the team over there. Special shout out to Diane and Princess for always being extremely thoughtful and kind and consistently maintaining a professional service. 5 stars, would recommend a visit!!
