See the photos for yourself. only 1 week and the colour faded and peeled off. 2 weeks in the bag show black stained marks.Complain immediately .Lv told us to fly to kuala lumpur to show the bag for inspection. Refused any exchange.Why dont you fly to us to collect the poor quality bag? Buyer beware.

As a regular LV customer, LV Pavillion has the poorest customer experience of all LV stores. And just when i thought the normal sales persons are not well trained, what amazed me the most was the manager himself being the worst of all. Really facepalm

I wasn’t expecting much after reading all the bad reviews here, so I was pleasantly surprised by the great service. I did not get the lady’s name but the receipt states Janet L. Very patient with us and show us many different products. We even got refreshments. I will patronise this store again. Good job & Thank you !
