Went here only to claim my free sample but turns out I have a good experience in this store with their staff named Dannis. He explained to me really well about the product that I would like to try. Good customer service from him that I felt like I would like to try all their products!

Visited today around 11:30am, intending to purchase some items as CNY gifts and to drop off empty bottles for the recycling programme. Unfortunately, the experience was made uncomfortable by a Malay staff in tudung. The visible annoyance and lack of warmth made it feel as though recycling was an inconvenience rather than an initiative encouraged by the brand. Slightly ironic, considering how actively and heavily this programme is promoted. This experience completely discouraged any purchase. The programme encourages recycling, but the staff clearly discourage it 🤷 Promoted as a positive initiative, experienced as a hassle if you’re not spending 🤷 Big Little Things campaign? More like ‘Small Patience for Recyclers’ 🤷 Recycling should feel welcomed, not tolerated!
