I went to the store on 28th June with my mom and her friend who was looking for a polaroid camera. The sales assistant who served us looked unhappy and didn’t explain anything about the products unless we asked. It’s not a big issue, but the service could be improved with a friendlier attitude and more helpful explanations.

Took a passport renewal photo on the 23rd and costs me RM28. The photographer asked me to make a lot of the little adjustments (e.g., "move your left shoulder up a little bit"), but I guess it was worth it because my online application was accepted without a fuss. Great service, will come again.

Really disappointed with the service. I asked for a proper visa photo, but they didn’t listen and gave me unedited, poor-quality / messy photos. Overpriced and not worth it. Wouldn’t recommend.
