My daughter was locked inside the fitting room. Thanks to the staff for opening. Appreciate if the lock can be fixed to prevent next unhappy experience.

This H&M outlet were totally perfect because of their outlet had a few customer and their store were totally well-organized and clean so I'm totally happy when I'm shopping in their outlet. I'm totally gonna go to this H&M outlet to buy more cloth for my collection

A perfect store if you don't like crowds! I usually do my h&m shopping here as the variety for kids and expectant mothers are quite large. The staff working here are all very friendly too.

Limited number of staffs. Need to be very independent to shop here. Even entrance to fitting room was unmanned.

Here is even not entitled to get 1 rating. I've waiting more than ah hour in front of counter just waiting them to void my credit card transaction. How awful they are. Four people have spent time to correct a transaction!! It is totally sucks.
