Such an extremely useless customer service they have. Bought a small table fan and it malfunctioned a month later. They assured me that it'll be done in a month and till date (24/11/2025) there's no status update. Called them numerous times but got abruptly cut off or just took my name/phone number but no updates.

This lady did not provide service and discuss the racist topic here with her friends. She was impolite and spoke rudely to customers. Very disappointed that Harvey Norman offers such service.

Service is friendly and professional. The store sells a wide variety of techs, for the home and office. Very useful devices and products are available, from washing machines to laptops. Prices are high but after sales service and warranty is great.

Excellent sale for me to snatch on the handheld garment steamer especially that the prices often slightly expensive in East Malaysia. The staff was also helpful and friendly.
