Shop is open, the lights are on, all the staff are in and I see all 8 of them standing there right in front of me. Still told to come at 2pm, because apparently they only open at 2pm. What? The shop info clearly states operational hours are 10am-10pm, as any outlet in any mall should.

Cashier Roslina was extremely rude. Tried to pay and redeem Grab voucher. She didn’t know how to operate the new cashier system, and when I tried enquiring about how long it will take because I was in a hurry, she responded in a very condescending way. Horrible experience. Such poor customer service. I’m disgusted.
