My experience here was disappointing. The staff at Garmin Lalaport seemed to favor certain customers and were not very friendly. The service felt inconsistent, focusing more on customers who appeared to spend more. Frustrated but needing the product, I went ahead with the purchase despite the poor service. Garmin makes great products, but the customer service here definitely needs improvement to uphold the brand’s reputation.

Staff Atirah was so helpful and friendly and definitely deserves a raise and promotion. She was helping me even though I did not buy my Garmin from this Lalaport store. When I need my next Garmin I will definitely come back to buy from Atirah!
