Crossover sets the standard for product lineup and customer service, everybody else imo is playing second. I have nothing but good things to say about this brand. Their sales are legit the best out there. After sales support is among the best I have experienced. You got a customer for life in me

17/2/2025@7pm : unfriendly, unhelpful staff members.All were at the counter chit chatting even when a customers were in the store. One staff did come and help but left us after getting our shoe size (wrong size) so what should we do with the shoe after trying it on ? Leave it at the floor ? Either way won't be coming back

The customer servise is so bad.. The Seller didnt respond to my e-mail/msg.. it can be super annoying when you order something online, and it never shows up and the customer servise didnt do anything!! Frustated buyer here..

Excellent service from the Crossover team. The staff were attentive, polite, and knowledgeable about the products. They assisted me from start to finish and made the shopping experience comfortable and enjoyable. Definitely one of the best retail experiences I’ve had.
