Yesterday i went to Converse Mid Valley. My cousin asked one of the staff, "Yang ni masuk Buy1,Free1 ke?" and then he replied "Yang ni tak masuk, cuba baca". Another one, girl staff with hijab. She said to her friend "Haha lawak lah, saiz sendiri pun tak tau". Is that the way you guys communicate with customer? Please teach your staff how to serve customer proper and with manner.

Worst customers experience.. they just don't bother and busy with their colleagues/phone rather than customers despite me calling them..
