Started coming here about 1.5 years ago because it's conveniently at TRX. Fantastic interaction with Leong, explained clearly the different membership tiers, and also went extra mile to explain which promo is more value for money. Subsequently, pretty much every visit, he is always there to make sure car wash is quality. The handover process is so simple. My Santa Fe was coated by him and his crew! Uptill now, 1 year on, still looking like day 1 coated, water beading, glossy. Second car, needless to say, also all done by him and his crew. Nano graphene coating+, brilliant shine wash every visit to upkeep coating quality. Love the slick wet look. Just a special note, I once had some misunderstanding with the team at Suria KLCC branch, and somehow, he was made aware, and he reached out to help clarify. The issues wasn't a big deal honestly, but it clearly was important to Leong and the team, for them to reach out. Really tops! I shall let the pics explain the rest. :) 10/10, service, quality, convenience. Definitely not paid review, but good things must share.
