Very rude staff and security guards walk too close when we select something and making us feel uncomfortable. Pavillion branch is much better. Seems not the first time based on the past reviews.

The lady working at the fitting room was extremely RUDE. 12 Feb 2026. When I returned the shirt to her after trying, she snatched it out of my hand and threw it to a corner. Like legit threw out of ANGER. I understand it's near closing time but this is totally not how any service staff should behave. If you can't work in a reasonable manner, you can choose not to work. Complete disgrace to Malaysia especially the fact that we are campaigning Visit Malaysia 2026 and Nu Sentral being a tourist heavy zone. BRANDS OUTLET is a Malaysian brand. Management take note, Malaysians do not have such poor attitude.
