Very impressed with the service. They had a great selection of all the items that needed from balloons to party supplies. The staff was helpful and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend if you're looking for birthday decorations!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Ordered a simple balloon set for my daughter’s birthday and was very pleased with the outcome. Price is reasonable and will come back to order again for future events.

Location of the shop is next to Huuk Barbershop. Reach out Madan Kwan and turn to your right ( if Madam Kwan is on your right ). Head to the escalator and one floor down. You can see the shop right away. You can find most of the birthday party stuff here. Any specialties item, can call them and enquire in advance.
