Have been looking around to see if anyone can fix my shoes. I only have one place I need to rule out and this is the place. They have extremely arrogant staff and no concern for the customers. Whatever job they do, is expensive and not holistic. Would have given them 0 if I could. Sorry for the negativity

BAD SERVICE!!! everyone who visit them for bag repair must beg them like a beggar or dog!!! Highstreets bag/s are not allowed to be repair there!!! Because your bag/s too cheap!!! They are meant for premium n luxury bag/s!!! Cause they are very high class you know??? #sacarsm

Sent in wife's Coach handbag which I got her some years back. It is well used, and had some marks which according to Leatherfixx, could be removed. 4 weeks later, and after RM250, its still the same. Interior of bag too wasn't clean at all. Save your money. Forget about this restorer.
