Really bad services. Come to get advices on what shoes really suited my feet and how to properly measure my feet. Purposely asked on how to use their tools to measure my feet and the answer is “ha macam tu la”. So not welcoming and bad..which staff?the one you can slightly seen in the photo. Better to go to other outlet

Come today on 14/4/2024 on Sunday morning at 11 am. Greeted by Kak Siti and En Azman. Very welcoming. Had the opportunity to try foot analysis. As my feet were wide and use heel strike. En Azman suggested for maximum cushioning. However noted Nova Blast 4 is out of my size which is UK 11. He suggested for Nova Blast 3 with wide surface. Try on the treadmill and I’m ready to go!! Purchased with coupon as i exchange my old shoes. Overall very good experience. Staff were very helpful! Definitely they need a raise!
